Extensive experience in commercial disputes including insolvency, debt recovery, contentious intellectual property matters, litigation and arbitration in the PRC

In-depth understanding of the way PRC enterprises conduct business, having acted as legal advisor for numerous domestic and foreign enterprises in the PRC

Advises multi-national companies and their subsidiaries in China on all aspects of direct investment, human resources and tax matters

Regularly advises on real estate issues including development and acquisitions, construction, sales and purchases, conveyancing, bank mortgages, security enforcement over real estate assets and leasing.

Advised Henderson China in relation to its real estate projects in the PRC (in conjunction with Johnson Stokes & Master)
